The Day Before Dawn Cellist Jacqueline Du Pre was a prodigy from an early age. Listen to podcasts while driving. When in school, no goofing around and chit chatting, either work for school or poker - checking hand histories people post for PLO on 2+2/pokerstrategy/slo pokerpro/bpc forums Morning Routine: 21:30 Preparation for bed / 7h sleep 05:00 Wake up – 20min getting up/getting dressed/drinking water/freshing up Go over the todo list, affirmations and possible distractions HH memorizing Foam rolling/warming up/stretching/pushups or a walk Cold shower Meditation or Wim Hof or Hour of power (Breakfast) 08:00 Go to school Everyday after school get grounded again: go over the todo list/distractions/affirmations/meditate or listen to the hour of power/move and stretch/possibly cold shower Fitness goals short term: • 25 pullups(20 anytime on a thick bar) + 10 10 10 challenge *Current state: 18 correct form pullups on a thick bar • 3 full motion ab wheel reps *Current state: 0 full motion reps • 100 pushups *Current state: 60 correct form pushups • 50 dips *Current state: unknown On the non program days I will do cardio+stretching or the ab wheel work.
